Time & Location
About the Event
Q & As What is a WHOLE Community cohort? A WHOLE Community cohort is a group of leaders who – together – are committed to cultivating a culture of wellbeing, healing, anti-oppression, learning, and ethics in their respective organizations and communities. WHOLE Community groups reduce leadership isolation, build a community of support, and create space for the critical conversations that are required for transformative leadership. Together, we will deepen our commitment to W(ellness), H(ealing), anti-O(pression), L(earning), and E(thics).
Who is the April-June Executive Leader cohort open to? This WHOLE Community cohort is open to executive leaders in the nonprofit sector. This includes, but is not limited to, the following positions: founder, CEO, executive director, deputy director, COO, and associate director.
What are the dates and times? Participants are expected to attend all 5 sessions in their entirety. The cohort will meet on Fridays from 12pm-2pm CST (please check time zones) on the following dates: April 2, April 16, April 30, May 21, and June 4
What is the cost? The cost for the full 5-session cohort is $450. If cost is a barrier to you, we have a limited fund for financial assistance. Fiancial assistance priority is given to BIPOC leaders serving BIPOC communities, leaders who have been in executive leadership for less than 2 years, and leaders of organizations with annual budgets of less than $250k.
What are the groups like? Sessions are structured, facilitated, and leverage the wisdom and perspectives of those in the group. There is time for learning new concepts, reflecting on our individual leadership, and connecting with our peers to build community and grow.
