About the Event
When it Feels Like Too Much: Leading through Times of Stress and Change
As the ones who "hold it together" for everyone else, leadership can be exhausting, lonely, and disheartening. Whether it is a crisis, high staff-turnover, lack of resources, or big changes, leading through stressful times requires intention, care, and lots of energy. In this training, participants will understand the impact of stress and uncertainty on an organization, learn new strategies for navigating stressful times, and connect with peers to explore the possibilities of community care, support, and collaboration.
